Security
Practical security expectations for a private case workspace.
MySide holds information that can be sensitive. This page explains the user-facing security promise and how to report concerns.
Last updated 2 July 2026.
Account protection
Private case areas require account access. Keep your sign-in details private, use a strong password and tell support if you think someone else may have accessed your account.
Private case areas
Your cases are not public pages. MySide does not publish your case, contact the organisation for you or share your drafts unless you choose what to send outside the service.
Limited access
Operational access is limited to what is needed to run the service, protect users, investigate support requests and meet legal or security obligations.
Abuse prevention
MySide may restrict, pause or investigate activity that appears abusive, unlawful, misleading or harmful to the service or other users.
Evidence safety
Only upload information that is useful for the case. Avoid passwords, card security codes, full medical records or unnecessary third-party details.
Human control
MySide does not send messages, submit complaints or escalate cases automatically. You decide what to export, copy or send outside the service.
Report a concern
Security questions use the support route.
Include the affected account email, what you observed, approximate time, and page or case reference if relevant. Do not send passwords or secrets.
